Q: Do you have a shop?

As of the moment, we are only able to do mobile services. We come to you.

Q: Do you have the industry standard tools & products?

Yes! We carefully select and only work using professional-grade tools and products to make sure we can provide you with the highest quality service possible.

Q: Do you need a power & water source?

Yes, our company vehicle is quite small for us to be able to fit a generator and water tank.

Q: Do I have to be there the whole time?

You don't have to! That's what makes mobile detailing awesome. You can focus on whatever it is you want to do the whole day while we clean your car at your place. Leave us your keys and we'll communicate with you once we're about to finish the service.

The only important thing we need from you is the keys to your vehicle. So if there's someone that can give us the keys, leave the garage open, have the car ready on the driveway or leave the keys somewhere for us to grab, we can get the service started.

Q: Do I need an appoinment?

For the most part, Yes. Currently, due to limited manpower and fewer operation days, we can only book 1 or 2 clients per day depending on the required time to complete.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

You can pay cash or e-transfer. To help you serve better in the future, we are working on processing card payments. We'll accept the payment once we're done with the job and satisfied with the results. That being said, if you need to leave before the job is completed, we will require you to pay prior to leaving.
